Add Chia Seeds to your Vitamix Recipes for Weight Loss

Chia seeds are being labeled as a superfood with numerous health benefits. You can add them to any one of my vitamix recipes for weight loss without compromising the flavor of the recipe.

I’ve noticed a difference in my overall energy level since I have introduced chia seeds into my smoothies. HuffPo has a pretty good article on the benefits of adding chia seeds into your diet. They are filled with omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, anti oxidants and minerals.

Jut be careful – I only use one tablespoon of chia seeds when I am making Vitamix smoothies, and that is when I fill the entire blender with ingredients.
