I woke up today at an uber encouraging 297.8 pounds. A little over 4 pounds lighter then I was on day one of this diet. Obviously I won't incur these results every day, but this was encouraging, especially for day 1. I had two meal replacement drinks yesterday. The banana/yogurt/flaxseed/steel cut oat smoothie and fruit and green smoothie that I have yet to name. Here is the recipe.
